Same issue as it was with many other rings, far too many stats:

Could you also check if the power works as described? I own this ring in my PVP loadout and from what I've seen, it's not working.

ive seen a bunch of rings with 'boosted' stats, some without any powers, some are just boosting daily power damage by 3%
