[PS4] Lashing Blade stealth bonus

Think this is for all platforms, but are you going to do anything about the stealth bonus for LASHING BLADE? the 50% crit severity is essentially useless at endgame. Maybe a +25% damage bonus, like assassinate?

yeah have tested it, the 50% Crit sev does not go above cap
