Biggrin's Tomb crashing

On my Barbarian/Blademaster, went to Icewind Dale. Did quests in Dwarven Valley then went to Icewind Pass. Did quests except for the Giant Helmets and also ran Rhemoraz. Went to Biggrin's tomb, killed the wolves, then clicked on the opening. It started to load and then stalled. Load screen just sat there with the same tip and no circle going around thing. Went to xbox home and quit the game. Reloaded and spawned inside the tomb.

Had this happen twice while just traveling to a different zone. Loading screen freezes and forced to restart edit: also blademaster barbarian
