Defense Preparation not working as stated in the tool tip. The buff is only procing for 7.8% defense and is falling off despite my character not moving.
Repro steps.
Equip: Platinum Ring of the Herald on Justicar Paladin. Walter companion summoned.
Monitor the stats of the toon on the character page. The percentage of defense will continue to rise and fall even if the character is not moving, and the percentage is only increasing and falling by 7.8%
