[PvE] Successor Boots Not Adding to Percentage

The Successor Boots (from Lair of the Mad Mage) has the set bonus that, whenever you're within 25' of an opponent, you gain 5% more Combat Advantage.
What most players expect is that the CA percentage is raised by 5%.
But what actually happens is that the boots just multiply your Combat Advantage rating by 1.05x
Please fix the Successor Boots to add 5% to the CA percentage.
Before proccing Successor Boots: 38839 CA rating,
After proccing Successor Boots: 40780 CA Rating
38839 * 1.05 = 40780.95

Aside note: The Electrum Rings from Redeemed Citadel have the set bonus "Defense Preparation", which does something similar to the Successor Boots. Rather than add +10% Defense to the Defense percentage, it takes 1/10th of your total defense, and adds that to your percentage category.

Sill okay for melee who would want to cap rating and cant afford enchants, insignias, runes yet.
Successor boots would be better, if they were the same for both melee and ranged classes.
Unfortunately ranged version is worthles
