Greaves of the Fallen Angel are not giving all their defense

Greaves of the Fallen Angel don't give as much defense as they should.
The tooltip says
+1107 Combined Rating
+1384 Defense
+461 Defense
+461 Combat Advantage
+ some Combined Rating from an enchantment in the utility slot.
Expected result: defense increasing by 1107 + 1384 + 461 + enchantment CR
Actual result: defense increasing by 1107 + 1384 + enchantment CR. It is 461 less than it should be.
I also noticed that the minstrel's discipline companion power doesn't give any combined rating, but that has already been reported.
