Companion Enhancements Issue

Currently the companion enhancements only work if the player is attacking the target, doesn't work with companion damage. Now this is an issue when it comes to certain healers such as Clerics because even though we have damaging at-wills most of the time it's not worth using them because Blessing of Light and Soothe are just superior so we are left with no damaging abilities and thus companion enhancements do absolutely nothing for us.

I suggest you change it so they proc from player damage OR companion damage
