Pre-M16 Boons Still Lurking in the Darkness

I have an old toon, a Warlock, that I've had for a long time. I hadn't messed around with respec'ing him until recently and on one of his loadouts that I didn't mess with boons except applying points that were already there, I noticed the old boon "Rampaging Madness" was proc'ing stacks, and when it reached 50 stacks would proc Rampaging Madness and apply 5k power (iirc) to my character. I never got all the boons on him, but I had that one, so I'd assume that other might still be working as well.
Figured I'd report because there is old code that is still reachable under some circumstances. I figure because I didn't choose to retrain, the old boons didn't get removed from his boon list, and while the code is still in the game, it's not displayed on the boon page, but still proc'ing in combat. This could potentially have severe consequences such as a server crash if a non-existent code is attempted to be executed.
