Erasing History

Out of the blue (i.e. don't remember what I was doing) one of my guys received Slayer Belt of the Xvim. Wasn't useful so put it in personal bank.

Having unlocked Aasimar in Redeemed Citadel, decided to start a new character and gave her the belt. On receiving it:

Opened Collections and:

So the Slayer Knight Set Collection has disappeared. Is there no respect for History??

I know there are more important bugs that need to be fixed so I posted here instead. But please don't overwrite older code in your haste to add new things.

P.S. The Auction House price for the Xvim Amulet is way overblown compared to the ring/belt. As much as I would like to have it for the 3-set, it simply isn't affordable.

They are about to "erase" an entire module in a few days. I am seeing item level 23. Is that still a viable item? If the belt is used as a costume part, is there a real display for the ring or amulet?

On the Mulhorandi set, none of the 3 pieces have a combined rating.

The collections are full of missing/removed pages. If you collect theDrake items from the Adventure Seal vendor the collection notification lights up but the page it takes you to is Avernus gear. All of the pre mod 6 gear is missing although ot can still trigger the notice.

    I agree. @hustin1
In the last Twitch stream so many people were clamoring for more ToO. I'd rather they put everything back in the queues where they belong and be done with it.

I've almost lost all hope of this happening though. This whole Living Worlds thing has shown so far that there is only more to come.

I used to love running Dread Vault - it was the first epic dungeon I learned...

I was an alpha tester in Ebon Downs, I recent spoke with Idris and she had this to say about it.

I lived in the village of Ebon Downs on the High Road, when I found a powerful artifact known as the Deathknell. I made plans with the Barrow Lords of Ebon Downs, to build an army of undead to strike at our Thayan foes.

Cool. How did that work out for you?

Dagult Neverember sent his Doomguides and other so-called-heroes to stop me! He didn't want an undead army attacking Thay. It was bad enough Doomguide Vesper Soulhearth and countless others were blocking me, suddenly and roughly five or six years ago, my Miradain Fortress along with the Direhelm Forge vanishes without a trace.

Wait ... eh what? Correct me if I am wrong Idris, but I was in Ebon Downs last week and I can clearly see the Miradain Fortress.

That is just it, you can only see it from the outside, once I enter, nothing but a black void. This strange event happened about the same time many paladins showed up in Neverwinter. I have no proof, but I assume they are directly linked to this event.

That sounds awful Idris, nice talking with you, we all wish you the best getting your Direhelm Forge operational again.

They could rename the existing campaign "Sharandar: Introduction" and leave it in...but they won't.

    Experience over hope.

Give it a couple of years and they'll bring it back in an event aimed at end gamers.

I have worked with enough companies in my time to tell you, they all talk like politicians and bankers at Cryptic Studios. They tell you the truth, spew it out in such a fashion, so as not to alarm you to any reality the future holds. My approach is change has to occur and promotes growth, but chaos and destruction are just part of that change.

I thought Chris Whiteside was very transparent in his introduction video. I recall him stating he was here to remove content. The exact verbiage is not important, but in essence he made a statement, and a person in the chat stream asked him, if they planned to remove more content. He came back with, he was going to "reduce" content. Then went on and on about how a cook does reduction on a stew removing the water and leaving the chunky parts. Just remember to chew on those chunky parts or you may choke on them.
