30+ minute loading screen

Since Tuesday 1/26/2021 ive encountered a long "Loading...." screen when logging into the game after character selection and when switching zones. It will stay on "loading..." for anywhere between 30-60 minutes. Once in a great while I can log in into the zone that I logged off in and it will load in in less than a minute but only happens once maybe every 20 tries. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled the game, tried hardwired and wireless, running type 2 NAT and type 3 NAT. Also tried running neverwinter from external hard drive and internal hard drive and nothing ive done fixes the loading issue. I get 14 download wireless and 47 download wired. Once I get into the zone there is no lag so I do not believe its a connectivity issue. Prior to 1/26/2021 I never had a problem with the long loading screen so im not sure whats going on.

Since the update not much has changed. Still unplayable. I can log into the zone I ended on more often than not and maybe even 1 or two zones past that but I still end up on a the dreaded 30+ minute "Loading..." screen. I have to exit the game and restart. Sometimes it tells me when I go to log back in "login timeout" and ive seen it also say "server connection timeout" after selecting my character.
