Harvester of Nightmares Return?

Will there be a return of the event "Harvester of Nightmare" after this one? I will have only been able to collect 3 tokens for the mount. I know the vendor doesn't stick around after the event. It makes it difficult to decide to spend or keep them depending on if the event returns. Any thoughts or insight???
