Refinement Point drops are way to small for Level 80 players

It would be nice to be able to upgrade enchants easier.
This would take me 10 years to upgrade all of them.
Refinement Point gems drops are way too low for Level 80 players.

I have to disagree here. You get them all the time at level 80:

Trial: have some black opals or better
Epic dungeon: Have some black opals or better
    Skirmishes: Here's at least tomething
Killing some mobs: Have fun with a couple stacks of black pearls and some aquamarines
Digging up chests in avernus: Black opals or gear that you can turn into rp
Invocation: Not much but it's something
Harvester of nightmare Event: Here's a jadeite
Heroic encounters: No gems but free RP

Also you can get RP in a ton of ways: Slot stuff like quartermaster enchantments, dragonhoard enchantment etc, use the wanderer's fortune insignia bonus, craft gems them in the workshop, buy gems on the auction house, etc.

Also you don't even need that much RP. Upgrading an enchantment from rank 9 to rank 15 only takes 300k rp and often it's cheaper to just buy the high rank enchantment of the auction house than refine it yourself. Even if you upgrade every enchantment and runestone on your character from rank 9 to rank 15 and upgrade all 4 artifacts from green to mythic quality you only need ~10 Million RP total. Lets say you earn 30k RP a day (low estimate in my opinion) you could upgrade everything you have in under a year. Even if you would buy all the RP from the auction house instead of farming it yourself it would only cost ~3 Million AD which is cheaper than the wards required to upgrade 1 weapon enchantment from rank 9 to 14

At the moment I have ~11 Million RP on my main character and have ~3 Million sitting as gems on a storage alt. And I earn more in bound AD than I use because earning ad for wards and materials to upgrade stuff takes longer than earning the RP at this point

It's less the RP costs as it is the Marks and Ench Stone costs. Lots of AD for them, and lots of them. Which would be almost tolerable if enchants had a more linear gain when refined. Instead it's more like an exponential curve, and not worth it until the final 1 or 2 ranks.
Call me El, she/her only. Currently Professions-only until the next combat change fixes this mess.

RP drops is like candy drop. It is everywhere. Even the storage alt has million RP + 10s of million of unbound RP. It is so cheap in AH that I have not bother to sell mine for months.
