Divine Helmet from Citadel forge not visible on Dwarfen Paladins

I was asked by the support to also report it here, so here we go. Associated Ticket Number is #402111
Since i linked the Helmet directly into the ingame bug report window, i can only guess the names for the english client. It's about the "Divined infused Helm of the Mystic" from the Citadel Forge.

Since i linked the Helmet directly into the ingame bug report window, i can only guess the names for the english client. It's about the "Divined infused Helm of the Mystic" from the Citadel Forge.

The helm is not visible on a dwarfen paladin. Neither resetting the appeareance collection, activate/deactive visual effects or changing the item helps. The not upgraded version is also not shown in the preview if you right click it from the forge store.
Some guild member report the linked item does not show for them either.
