Where is Deflect Severity? I don't know how to increase it.

I do not find it in Enchantments, it is not in companions and it is not in riders.
I have the Hunter can I deflect shots but can't decrease their damage?

the Defense slot companions that have critical severity should have been converted to deflect severity before going live. If they do it now, a lot of players are gonna be upset cause they upgraded them for offensive use.

2 changes I suggest are:

* Add more sources of deflect severity
* Convert the Stronghold food set that gives Everfrost Resistance into Deflect Severity
* Double the effectiveness of deflect severity and critical severity in their combat formulas.

NOW:
90% deflect severity cuts damage by... 100/190
90% critical severity boosts damage by... 190/100

BETTER:
90% deflect severity cuts damage by... 100/280
90% critical severity boosts damage by... 280/100

You simply can’t build a lot of deflect severity now, the only big one that you can constantly use is the potion that gives you 10%

What is funny is in pvp 80% players will have more accuracy than deflect severity since there is not enough resources to stack deflect severity, and you take more damage if you deflect! (10 seconds laugh here)
