Potency power in companion menu

I tested this on dummies and it's supposed to increase power by 7.5% but it doesn't. could someone else confirm?

Does it give anything? Did it actually proc when hitting? I know acute senses doesn't proc as much as I'd like it to.

it procs, i see the buff icon but the % power doesnt increase, not even one bit.

And this might be a dumb question but your power doesn't already say 90% does it? Cause once you hit 90% there is nothing more to gain from power and with that being a % based increase you won't see the over cap like you would with a stat.

I'm not home for 3.5 hours to be able to test

nah its at 83%

confirming, it procs but either it's a visual bug or not, the char sheet doesn't show the % power increase
