Vallenhas Quest "Ring the Bel" still does not award the 25 Family Crests it should.

Discussion title says it all.

When you turn in the quest, you do not receive any Family Crests at all.

    Okay I looked further into it and it appears to be awarding the "Family Crests" as "Infernal Secrets".
