Death slaad bugged

Death slaad companion is completely bugged. His aoe ability does zero damage to every target. He hardly does any damage at all, even at legendary

I can confirm that "cloud kill" does 0 damage on the Death Slaad. But as you can see in the combat log it seems that it's not attributing the "cloud kill" to the Slaad but my toon instead.
