Transparent Arms and Chest Pieces

in Bug Reports (PC)
Press "C" for character.
Click on Appearance Tab.
Disable Shirt and Pants visuals.
Chest and Arms become see through.
If attempt to preview an item (hate / feet) and request to only see the preview item, the arms and chest piece will be transparent.
