UN-able to get to NeverwinterPreview Access denied maybe due to variable 'r' not being defined

Until yesterday I was able to get on NeverwinterPreview shard. a few days before that I ran into a variable 'r' undefined glitch. I have my virus/malware protector PC Matic working on it, but so far no luck. If you can find variable 'r' and give it a value - that might help.
