With item level being such a dependent requirement going forward with the new changes, has there been any thought on allowing players to upgrade old item sets?
Even if it requires the newest stuff to upgrade them to the newest level, it would be nice to be able to take say (example only) hags rags to the blacksmith and have them bump them up to whatever the current item level of the new gear is at. If nothing else it would create a diverse character building exercise as opposed to more or less just grabbing the latest thing and everyone having the same stuff.
