Account Server Timeout

I am constantly being lagged out during gameplay and getting a timeout when attempting to connect to the account server.

I've done a speedtest on my console and it's very high, a very small latency with no packet drops. The cache has been cleared and there's over 70% of HDD space remaining on the console. I've tried different games with online play and I'm not receiving any lag on those - just on Neverwinter.

Please look into the issues, it's incredibly frustrating to be constantly booted from the game due to your servers.

I, too, am experiencing this issue... I seem to frequently get dropped when changing maps. Most often it is when joining a queued instance (such as a Dungeon Queue), but sometimes it also logs me out during the transition into a group PvE map.

Once logged off, it can take an extended time and even a couple of tries to get back in (letting the rest of the queue group get far ahead).

Like the OP, I have checked and rechecked all the connections between my console and the server, finding no reason for this issue.

I have been getting disconnected on map change, or on map change into a random q. Then when logging back in, I get the server timeout error. This has been happening a lot more lately, and at least once per day. Sometimes twice. It needs to be fixed, especially if you folks want me to keep putting quarters in the slot...

I'm usually able to get back into the qs without being kicked, but I attribute that to my fast internet, 250 megabits per second.
