Knight's Rebuke and Survivors Blessing bugged

Both Knight's rebuke and Survivor's Blessing are bugged, providing around 1/3rd of the heal from Barbarian's Revelry.

KR/SB proc'd 7978 min/9548 max.
BR proc'd 23958 min/28672 max.

Incoming heals 34.4%. Barbarians Revelry seems to be correct by my HP. Base HP over 800k + fully buffed, no idea how much. OP tank.

That's odd, I tested Barbarian's Revelry (BR) this morning. The in-game combat log showed a fair number of crits but BR never proc'd. I assure you I was NOT at full health - those new redcaps hit pretty hard.

Survivor's Blessing occurred OK but I didn't check whether the healing amount was correct.

There have been 3 patches between you post and mine.

I haven't tested it since I posted the problem. BR was proc'ing as well as the other two, but BR provided me around 28k heals.
KR and SB provided around 8k heals. All 3 are supposed to be 2% of max HP, but only BR was performing as expected.

It may have been fixed, but considering KR was bugged since mod16 launch, even tho it was reported, I don't expect much.
