Demon sleds?

In past WFs I went to the dwarven merchant up on the hill with the refugees in the WF zone to buy them with something like 200 black lead. That merchant appears to be disabled now. How does one get the green level demon sled mount now?

    He is not disable. I have just talked to him. His name is Darek Hammerstone.
    Is this a new toon? You may need to do 'something' to activate that. I don't remember what though.

    Update 1: My newer toon that did nothing does not see him activated.

    Update 2: after this new toon finished the introduction quests of Winter Festival, talk to Mayor and he send you to Derrek Hammerstone (Far from Home quest). The store is now available to this toon.

    Demon Sled is one of my fave mounts.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.
