now that crit, combat advantage and MOST IMPORTANTLY CRIT SEVERITY are hardcapped, you will need to rework vorpal again... or give us an exchange. saying oh well is not a viable option when you keep changing how it completely works.
Well, you could run 75% Crit severity and use the vorpal to bring you to cap. 15% to any stat is huge, but who knows it's still early and anything could change
it gave you extra crit severity dmg, if you can achieve that without the enchant then whats the point, and you need to be opposite someone to even benefit from the enchant as well since m16, where previously it just did its extra dmg like all the other weapon enchants
From what I understand it allows you to effectively over cap crit sev on preview right now using vorpal. Not sure if it'll stay like this or not. Maybe it has already changed. Only the rumor mill atm.
the debuffing enchantments, will be worth to run again,
from what i heard/seen enemy stats have certain values with no counterstats like we have now, so for example, only way to reduce enemy defense would be some artifacts and for example dread enchantment, idk how much dps gain it will give, but still worth to check
Congratulations, they listened to you, reworked the vorpal... and made it useless.
so it went from useless to uselsess..... nice call out. maybe recommend further thinking on how it could progress. not sure why they ever had anything called vorpal in NW to begin with, in D&D and the Jaberwocky story from which it originated it severs heads with ease.
