Bug or just silly setup?

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
Okay so the new forge at The Citadel let's you buy gear for other classes, yet when you buy said gear for your other toon it becomes character bound leaving you with a piece of gear what's for the wrong character in your bag, therefore wasting 10k favor. Not sure if they're meant to be character bound instead of account bound but what can you do.

    Many people already complained about that. I consider that as a bug.
