Forte Stat is Glitched

The Forte status is not working as described, it is not increasing the percentage of the statuses for which it is responsible. What forte is doing at the moment is to increase ratings.

    At least in the test I did on my paladin, if you equip all Dominance insignia on your mounts, it won't make any difference in the percentage of stats.

    True I am not feeling increase in stats I got it to 56% using dominance and lowering it has no difference while sitting at 46 - 50%

    In my testing, adding 1 additional dominance insignia adds 300 points to forte', .3% to forte' total % and .1% to my defense+deflect%+crit chance% total%; with no ratings increase. On a paladin, .1% increase to total% on each forte' bonus.
    This was going from 4 to 5 dominance insignia.
    It is a small increase but an increase.
    Edit: it seems forte' from insignia should add to the tied in ratings as well.
