After testing multiple classes, wizard (which is not my main toon/class by any means), is quite a bit behind the other classes. I would suggest giving at least another 50-80 magnitude on their encounters in the next patch, and perhaps another 40 magnitude to their at wills, another 100 mag to their dailies, then we can test in the next patch.

As dudu allready posted the ACT log from our 2 minute Burst Test i will also say something to that.
I did 4 diffrent build combinations that where the only thinks that could possible make CW Okeish again but run in to all time the same Proplems.
Thauma is super underperforming, the only good think that thauma has at the moment are the Feats that are half decent otherwise magnitudes are to low Iceknife max hits are 700k Crits with max 90% crit serv and 90% crit and 90% power TR Shocking makes 1.2m for comparisons. With Rechargespeed build 17.6m 2 minutes, with ap gain build 18.9m, with control bonus build 15.5m with high itemlevel build 17.2m
Arcanist has issues with Feat choices, and dmg out put aswell as you can see in the ACT from Dudu underperforming by alot.
Same stats then on Thauma thanks to Eye of the storm wich is only for 5 seconds up and has a internal cooldown of 20 seconds after those 5 seconds u can cap Crit on 10% Since Chilling Presence is not usefull on the build that has the max potential for the class cause u cant keep your chill stacks up.
Rechargespeedbuild 26.8m, Apgain build 27.9m, controlbonus with highdamage 21.2m and high itemlevel with high damage build 26.6m
all test where a 2 minute burst dmg test
Issues that CW´s has regardless the increase of Magnitdudes
Arcanist issues :
Feats that arent usefull or still bugged for example Arcane Power Field still doenst give 10 more stacks in daily that leads you only with a chance of using 1 usefull Feat and that is Stormspell wich is still fixed and nerfed from the mods before
Magnitdudes are way to low comparison to other Classes
The Nerfs and buffixes from the mods before are still there and the Buffs that the Paragohn path needed never happend
Thauma issues:
The hole Paragohn path is a issue there is nothing more to say it needs way more then i got then the way it is now is just not good and didnt help at all
Why CW worked at least fine in the mod 19 and mod 18 after all those fixes and changes.
Main Priority DMG from CW came from Bilethorn and Storm Spell dmg and Scaling with High Power and high Crit serv on those and combined on arcanist with a Storyteller artifact Evenomed for the AP gain to get more Dailys off. The class where decent but still not good enough to hang with the best Classes like HR DC GWF Partly TR
since you needed to not move or not getting any mechanic that could properly hold you up for getting 3 or 4 encounters off as is said allready High power where the only think that made CW not to the worst DPS in the game since that is gone now there is not much left that makes the Class to a half decent class.
PLS dont close your eyes and help us CW players
iam soory for my bad english i know its earlie on Preview but this class need help since the proplem from the past never got looked at and never got at least a little love to keep the class in the game

Almost all Dreadnoughts uses Bull Charge and Anvil of Doom in Single Target battle. Most use Bull Charge always. These two encounter skills represent about 33% of a Dreadnoughts total damage.
On preview...
Bull Charge loses 100 magnitude
Anvil of Doom loses 125 magnitude
The reason they are losing magnitude is because Encounter damage was increased by 33%, but Feats and Feature magnitude was not. Both of these skills, when used, are used with their corresponding Feat/Feature.
