Great job

@noworries#8859 I don't see anything wrong with what you are doing. I just tried preview with my characters early this morning. My companions are working, the game feels more like when I first started to play it. I ran the Arcane Reservoir twice. the first time with my old preview character still there from 2019 at level 70 and a copy of him today at level 80. Both felt the same and I didn't just plow through the enemies, like I did before. I checked out the Dread Ring with my wizard and her tutor companion is working, they both died, because I didn't set my build at all. Again this feels close to what it was like, when I first came into these areas, and that is how it should be always.

I know people will want to be gods walking all over their enemies, but that is not how life works, those people are use to playing for too long in god mode. It really is a shame they cannot take a few steps back and think about it. I played enough offline games, the built in cheat codes or god mode just ruins the game, you wonder why bother playing it? When I beat a game, I lack any motive to return to it. Once someone (such as your older brother) tells you the codes they are stuck in the back of your head, the next thing you know, you are abusing them on a whim. That is the worse thing to happen with games to the point it kills them for me.

I know your team is not done with this, I only hope you know when to stop. I play Dark Souls and Cup Head but this is the other and opposite extreme. Players will not give you flowers for turning Neverwinter into the unforgiving of mmo video games. Keep up the good work and make sure those dungeons are playable!

Just killing time...
