Unable to transfer more than one copy of a unique item from mail message to inventory.

I have a mail in which I attached two Rings of the Brutal Fiend +4 to share with Alts. I am unable to take the items from the mail message as it says I can only have one in my inventory at the same time, so it prevents me from taking either of them. Of course, originally I had more than one in the inventory of the sender otherwise I would not have this issue As a result it is preventing me from taking any of the other items attached to that same mail message.

Any help in removing the all of items from this mail (dated 12/6/20 @ 10:20 pm) would be much appreciated

Having the same issue on PS4. Gettin an error when trying to collect the acquired ring from the mailbox if you have one of the same type equipped, in your inventory or bank. You are not able to do so. If you want certain rings for your other toons the only workaround is to put required AD in your bank first then withdraw it with other toon and buy the ring with that one.

This definitely needs to be addressed in a future patch!
