Milestone Progression rollback after disconnect!

Since I opened an in-game ticket and had no reply in 3 days, here's what happened:
I gathered a group to run 5x T1 hunts in avernus for each group member, for a total of 25 T1 hunts. That would be equal to 5k+ favor.
My Cleric at the begining had 11k favor towards the progression in Milestones 2, 3 and 4 and 17k towards milestone 1.
We started the hunting at around 10:20am (GMT -3) by the Yeenoghu (elite zone in the Scab) and finished by 11:05 by the Kozakura (begining of the Haruman Hill's zone).
After finishing we were reworking the party to fight another 25 T1s when the whole group got disconnect. Upon reloging, I was back at the Yeenoghu are, and 2 party members were at the Citadel fireplace.
When I opened my inventory, all the rewards from 14k milestone favor were there, and the favor earned from the hunts was also there, but the MILESTONE PROGRESS was set back at 11k/17k!!!!
I opened the ticket and proceeded to kill another 25 hunts and, upon reaching 14k on the milesone ONCE AGAIN, I earned no rewards and they were simply checked as "collected".
Basically I "wasted" 5 T1 lures and almost an hour of play towards my Milestone Progression!
Other party members had already finished all milestones so they didn't notice the rollback since they do not keep track of it anymore.
