Hello, i opened a ticket but nothing..... how can i unlock this achievement? I tried with 2 toons on my account but nothing...... Any help?

This was bugged when it was released and if you had any progress toward the achievement before it was "Fixed" then you have to start all over on another character. I did what was needed to be done on multiple characters but not until I used a character that hadn't started any of Undermountain and went through the whole campaign and unlocked Stardock and then did what was needed, did the achievement unlock.
Sad to say you will most likely need to start a new character. Or if you already have an alt that has not started the Undermountian campaign you could run them through both mod 16 and 17.
