Whats going on with the trade system? Not able to split items, trade multiples, or post on auction

so yesterday i noticed i couldnt post anything that had more than a single item on the auction, i was trying to trade 20 comp treatsies today and the option to submit is blanked out, so i thought maybe because i got them in a lockbox for some reason i couldnt trade them so i bought another 20 from the auction house now i have 40 and i cant split them into singles, or anything for that matter. i cant trade them, im stuck with a whole 40. same goes for anything that is more than a single item, can someone shed some light on my situation? is this happening to anyone else?
unable to post for sale, trade to another player split into a single item. all the other buttons are there but (a) to submit is blanked out..

This happened to me once. Had to reboot entire system for it to correct.
