Mouse input/ interface lag since last patch

have been playing on same system no OS/driver/software upgrades/updates in recent time, and game was playing fine.

Currently I have noticed since the patch last week that there is lag/rubberbanding with mouse input when the cursor is used, also noticed same if using mouse input to turn/change view, this is not related to general server lag-rubberbanding that can be 'normal' afaik.

Maybe its just my system - but wanted to post to see if others suffering the same

    I have not noticed any difference if there is any difference. I am using a wire mouse.
