My Only Enemy is Time is still bugged

I completed the guild quest, My Only Enemy is Time but only receive Tier 3 Reward after killed 65 or 66 enemies. I managed to capture a screenshot which shows 64 enemies on the counter with 28 seconds left and the quest still stated to Defeat 60 Enemies for Tier 3 Reward. Once I killed 65-66 the quest completed for Tier 3 and the timer stopped. I was in the devil section (south-west corner of the map). I complete the Devil small heroic during this time.

I can confirm that the quest still does not complete correctly. I had 60 kills before the timer expired and received only tier 2 rewards. How hard is it to program to check if the number killed is greater than 59?
