    Can anyone tell me which power gets the benefit from that weapon?

    Is it possible the power is on the other paragon path?

    Checked both.
    Hellbringer only at will: Hellish Rebuke, Hand of Blight
    Soulweaver only at will: Infernal Barrier, Soul Reconstruction.
    Common at will: Eldritch Blast, Dark Helix

    Since "Modification Management" has "Enhanced Essence Blast" (and the other 4) and does not have Enhanced Infernal Barrier", I assume this is for "Infernal Barrier".

    My guess is they forgot to update the weapon mods with the changes they made in mod19. Essence Defiler was an at-will on healer warlock before that (the best one, actually...). Infernal Barrier uses the same art.
