Citadel Forge armor upgrades very weak or Worse

Unless I'm missing something, this looks like 12k Favor to dent your own armor.
Even if you fix this downgrade, it would be nice to have a little higher stats on all the upgrades.

If you can't see the image, it shows the 'upgrade' would make you lose 2500 Defense, with no trade off.
The stat increases range from 20 to 48 on three stats, plus 192HP. So, very very minor.

And bugged - When u apply an armor kit (e.g. +880 power) you cannot upgrade the item anymore.

Another bug is display bug. the -2500 defense. You do not lose 2500 defense. You gain 40 defense in total.
