Weapon enchantment visual effect does not work on the Gith Longsword transmute

My divine vorpal weapon enchantment visual effect does not work with the Gith Longsword transmute and i assume all other weapon enchantment visual effect does not work too. I have tried disabling and re-enabling the visual effect but does not help. Tested all other weapon transmute and they do not have this problem.
