Masquerade mask gone

My mask is gone and when I try to get another it doesn't give me one. What did you guys do to break this now.

The masquerade mask timed out at the end of the original end time and we are not able to receive another mask. We have 4 more days left of the event and we are not able to get candy. Please fix the mask so that we can finish the event. Thank you.

Same here, no way to get another mask. And this is my favorite event all year...
