Unable to claim weekly Mount Upgrade Tokens from the Redeemed Citadel

When I try to purchase the weekly mount upgrade tokens from the vendor in the Citadel I get an icon with no picture in it in my inventory, When I double click on it I get this message: "I already have all the items in this package" but there is no extra tokens in my inventory & the icon stays in my inventory. I have a help ticked on this as well (342257) - hopefully someone can solve this so I can get my tokens...

    It's been bugged now for 2 weeks . Waiting on a fix as the devs are aware of the problem .
    There are a couple of other postings in the forums about it already .

    Same problem here, i have 2 of the items in my inventory now (i must have tried this twice?). It would be great if i could get the actual tokens or my favors back.
