Not understanding how the (Account) portion of this mount is supposed to work. Is it claimable by every toon on my account? If so, how? Thanks in advance.

    Alternatively, to save a trip to PE,
    Type L,
    Click on 'claim Valuables'
    Click on 'Promo' tab
