Don't purchase "Tales of Awe" from wondrous Bizaar for 150000 AD won't apply to artifact on PC

I bought the"Flayed storytellers journal" then bought the "Tales of Awe" to add to the journal
it vanished from inventory upon opening and did NOT apply it to the artifact.

I have been told to make a bug report on this. this was done on the PC not a console.
you will not be given any refunds if this doesn't apply to the artifact.

I think there is different tales of awe for different books. Did you possibly grab the wrong one?
