masterworks level 4 recipe access

With the previous adjustment to some masterworks recipes and with more changes due also , can it be looked at again in how to get access to level 4 masterworks .
Currently to get masterworks level 4 you need to complete level 3 and then also the corrresponding professions quest in the Chult area .
The problem being that the chult recipes require manticore manes in order to run the recipes and these are now few and far between in the AH .

Unfortunately, you'll have to farm Hati in FBI for those. With a group should only take a few minutes per run. I hear you though, when I leveled my MW they were still available on Xbox, but the price was quite high.
