Scroll Of Mass Life and Scroll Of Life Dropped from chest does not works, multiple accounts tested it happens everywhere.
could you please check (SS attached), this only happens with scrooll looted from the chest.

    Open your inventory and use it from there.

    Can you open up your inventory when you’re dead? Not sure you’re able to do so on consoles

    There is supposed to be a way on console by spamming the button but I only heard that from someone. But on PC, yes you can open your inventory, character sheet, etc...
