Hellfire Engine Artifacts Weapon Bind Bug

Hellfire Engine Artifacts Weapon Main and Off Hand are binding Character after Relic Restoration. I have 5 at inventory and i cound´t move to shared bank. I tried restore more 1 time after it and the weapon bound to character. There is a windows when you ll restore shows that the weapon will be bind account when you pick up it.
