The amazing, orange boxes, that disappear into thin air!

Good afternoon.

I came back to Neverwinter after a few weeks, and noticed my claim button was blinking. There were a few orange boxes. When I claimed them, they seem to disappear!

Nothing in my bags and no indication they went into another tab. What is going on with this game?

    One of them is 50 re-roll token. It went to the bottom section of your purse.
    Did you check your log? That tells you what you got.

    That "box" auto-opened and dumped the reroll tokens into your riches tab.
