Idle 15 minute glitch/kick

Today my guild ask to do a few favor runs, which am totally fine with doing 100 Castle Ravenloft. We make it to the end, bubble up and just as we are all dropping down I get kicked, "idle for 15 minutes". I quickly log back on to finish healing and they had finished. It KICKED me out of the dungeon, I came back in and am back in Avernus. Now I was gone MAYBE a total of 7 seconds. Now I get this game is free, but own up to all your glitches and mistakes. I emailed support, which of course is useless we all know this, and I get the usual lazy response, "Sorry this happened, but there is NOTHING we can do...nothing...absolutely nothing." I asked them to check the logs, they had no idea what I was talking about. Logs?! In a game!? HUH!?!? Anyway, I will give them 3 days to make this BS right, before....well.....we all know where accounts go when we delete a these types of games.
