Quickslot cooldown is stuck and I can't change my loadout

I have the tamora coin slotted on my right d pad quickslot. It has a 17 hour cooldown but when I logout and in again, it resets to 17 hours. I can't remove it and it's preventing me from changing my loadout. I'm stuck as a Devout Cleric and can't do a lot.
I set the quickslots to all loadouts as advised by your support page but now all of my quickslots have a permanent 17 hour cooldown. Furthermore, having set the quickslots to all loadouts, my Devout Cleric overwrote my Arbiter loadout and now I'm stuck with two bugged Devout Cleric loadouts.
Since setting quickslots to all loadouts, items in my inventory now appear with a 17/16/15 hour cooldown. The number appears random. If I try to use them, I get the message telling me I can't use it due to cooldown. However, if I move them around my inventory, the cooldown sometimes disappears or shifts to another slot in my inventory.
