Workshop Crafting Issue

I'm having a consistent issue when crafting multiple items...
For example I've just crafted 40 copper ingots... my artisans are maxed out so both proficiency and focus are easily at 100% however when crafting has finished I'm left with 39 copper ingots... so 1 has gone missing somewhere and this happens often with all crafting items... I had the same issue recently with black ink... i constantly had to craft more linseed oil and fish glue despite me having enough originally

I don't know if it is an issue where the delivery box is getting full and therefore pausing the queue for awhile and losing 1 item or what... I've not been able to figure that out but it happens to me all the time... gets a bit annoying

Make sure you are not just 100% as it shows but also the proficiency number is indeed greater than or equal to the max requirement. I had something like 799/800 and it showed 100%. Yes, that could fail and it did fail for me. After the WTF moment, I notice I missed one point to be true 100%.

However, I don't think you hit this problem and this is a just in case check.

Yeah I'm well over the proficiency number... using the copper ingot example I'm at 946/110 so it's not even close...
It happens a lot too whereas 799/800 would fail extremely rarely...
It's definitely not a proficiency issue
