Dear Cryptic,
I have been playing this game for 7 years being part the Beta team. I have seen bugs all over the game and have reported many bugs over the years. The issue I have is that these bugs do not get fixed. I see your development team fixing bugs that can affect you getting hard cash, but never do I see you guys fixing bugs that affect player satisfaction or little bugs that are bothersome. For instance, not being able to access skill nodes because of where they have been placed or in events where when you choose, let's say fireworks, you pick one up and there is nothing there.
I really wish you would invest more money into your QC (Quality Control) team and your bug team. If these two teams were better, when you launched new mods or new CTAs, you would not have so many bug reports.
