This companion power says "Increases At-Will damage to disabled or held targets by 8%."

I'm curious to know if "Grasping Roots" from Ranger counts as the target being Held/Disabled? Is this something where you have to loot at the tooltip on abilities and look for those words specifically, or is this something that you just have to figure out by trial and error as to which abilities do this?

My guess is, this does not work for rangers, as I would assume an 8% buff to damage for basically all targets for Rangers would make that companions effect BIS...

I don't think so either, disabIing powers Iike an interrupt or those that hoId Iike entangIing force, but rangers have the panther, which aIso increases at wiIIs against rooted targets; aIso, the koboId has a simiIar buff
